If the tickets you ordered have an "Electronic Transfer" delivery, then you will receive your tickets on your mobile device, electronically.

Your tickets will be transferred to the email address that you originally provided in your order. Before the event, you will also be sent an email from the team or website where the tickets were first purchased from. Once you get this email, you will need to click the button that says "Accept Tickets" and then you will be directed to their website. Then, you will have to sign in to your account or create one if you do not have one with the email address you provided.  When you are signed in, you will be given a prompt to agree to the website's terms and conditions and enter in additional information so you can finish the transfer.

If you purchased the tickets for someone else or resold them, then you can do this by viewing your tickets in your account and click the "Transfer" button.

When you arrive to the event, you will only need to pull the tickets up on your phone through the website's specific mobile app or through their website on your phone's web browser. Then, the attendants at the venue will scan the information right off of your phone.

Electronic Transfer Tips: 

  • Try accepting the tickets on a desktop or laptop computer (it can sometimes be difficult on a mobile device)
  • Don't use your web browser's auto-fill feature to enter in your information (it may not allow you to continue if it is not typed in one field at a time)
  • You may need to enter a one (1) before your phone number when you enter your personal information in for their system to recognize the phone number as being valid
  • If you click "Accept Tickets" in your email, and it does not take you to the correct page, you should go back to your email once you have sign in and try again
