While Special Delivery is usually set up when the event is too soon to ship tickets, this isn't always the case. Tickets may need to be picked up from Will Call with the card used by the seller to purchase them. Some venues also do not release tickets until 24-72 hours prior to the event. If the seller does happen to receive the tickets sooner than expected, we will send you an email letting you know of other delivery options.
