Only specific venues have tickets designated as Mobile E-tickets, and we only guarantee that specific ticket type will work from your phone. Mobile E-tickets must be scanned off of a smartphone, and those venues will not accept a printed version.

Not all venues are equipped with the technology to scan regular Email Delivery tickets. We always suggest having a printed copy of your tickets to ensure you have no issues at the venue.
