If you are having trouble using the link in the email to download your tickets, please try the following solutions:
- User a different web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Chrome, or FireFox) to open the link to the PDF files.
- Make sure your plugins (Javascript, Adobe, etc.) are enabled and/or temporarily disable any pop up blockers.
- Instead of opening the PDF file in your web browser, save it directly to your desktop and open it from there.
- Use Adobe Reader to open the file and select "File" then "Print".
- Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.
