Signatures are required on most packages in order to ensure that tickets are delivered to the correct person. It is very difficult to replace tickets if they are delivered to the wrong person, lost, or stolen and ticket orders are often worth a lot of money. It is at the drivers discretion to determine if they are comfortable leaving a package without a signature. 

TicketSales.com cannot waive a signature requirement on any package deliveries. Please contact us immediately if you need to arrange pick up or to have the tickets sent to an address where someone will be available to sign for them.
