Generally a delivery driver will make three attempts to deliver a package to a location. If no one is there to sign during these three attempts, the package will be held for pickup at a nearby facility for 3-5 business days. If you pick the package up, you will need to provide a valid photo ID as well as the tracking number for the package. If the package is not picked up in the 3-5 business day time frame, the tickets will be sent back to us and additional re-shipment charges may be applied for you to receive them.

If you need the tickets to be held at a certain location or sent to a different address, email us and we will submit the request on your behalf. 

Note: Any changes made after the package has shipped may cause delivery delays.
