If your event is officially cancelled, we will compensate you. We do not compensate for postponed or rescheduled events (even if there is no new date set for the event yet) because the tickets will still be valid for the new date. However, if your event is ultimately cancelled, we will then compensate you for your purchase, and you will receive an email with instructions. Occasionally, the seller will need the tickets shipped back to them in order for you to receive compensation. We will send you a prepaid shipping label if the tickets need to be sent back to the seller. If you have not received a notification within one month after notice of cancellation instructing you to ship your tickets back to the seller, feel free to discard them.
