Tickets that are designated to be delivered through Flash Seats is a form of digital tickets. These tickets are able to be transferred to the new buyer and then presented at the event with no paper ticket being required. As these are electronic tickets, everything is done online.

In order to successfully receive your Flash Seats tickets, you will have to set up an account on the Flash Seats site using the exact same email address that was used when you originally placed your order on If you have already created an account with the same email address, you will not need to make a new account.

Go to and click "Register" at the top of the page to set up your free account.

Then, you will need to enter a credit card, debit card, or ID for the tickets to be stored on. Don't worry, you will not be charged anything more if you enter a credit card or debit card. Your ticket information will only be stored on what you enter.  If you would rather not enter this information, you can also download and use the Flash Seats mobile application which can also be shown to the ticket attendant at the venue.

Once your tickets have been transferred to you, you will receive an email both from Flash Seats and us. If you receive this email before creating an account, they will still be held under that same email and will be in your account once it is created.  To view your tickets, click on the "Tickets" tab at the top of the page. At this page you can also transfer your tickets to someone else if you had purchased them for a gift, or resold them.
