Prior to picking up your tickets on the day of the event, you will receive an email from us that will have all of the contact information (including the seller's representative and the customer service phone number). These numbers are only available on the day of the event, or when you are scheduled to pick up your tickets. If you need more help from us before the event date, please email us.

Please call the seller's representative the day of the event if:

  • You are not going to attend the event or do not need to pick up the tickets
  • You are going to be late
  • You are having a difficult time finding the location to pick up the tickets

Please call if:

  • You are having trouble contacting the seller
  • You believe that you have received incorrect tickets or had issues at the location
  • You are having trouble entering the event
