All ticket orders are tracked by our customer service department who are available all of the time. They ensure that your tickets will be delivered on time. You should receive an email confirmation with the estimated delivery date provided by the seller of the tickets. 

Note: Many venues do not release tickets until closer to the event. Occasionally, some venues even wait until 24 hours prior to the event to send out e-tickets. Our sellers are always aware of these delays and will send you your tickets as soon as they have access to them.
