If your event is officially cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We do not refund for postponed or rescheduled events because the tickets will still be correct for the new date.


Occasionally, the seller will need the tickets shipped back to them in order to receive a refund. We will send you a prepaid shipping label if the tickets need to be sent back. If you have not received a notification within one month noting that you should ship your tickets back to the seller, feel free to discard them.


A full refund will be given for playoff games that do not take place. These games are often listed as “if necessary” or “TBD” at the time of the purchase.
